Foundation Initiatives 2026
All philanthropic funds raised are directed to three inaugural Foundation initiatives, reported publicly in the annual CCA Foundation report.
Initiative 3 — Public Legacy Project
Commission of a public architectural or sculptural work — a fountain, pavilion, or permanent art object in MENA or India. Inspired by figures such as Zaha Hadid and Gaudí, creating a new cultural landmark permanently associated with the CCA Foundation.
Initiative 2 — Civilisational Concert Series
Co-production of a landmark concert or chamber series at Dubai Opera. Focus: classical music in cross-cultural dialogue, featuring European, Middle Eastern, and Asian musical traditions on the same stage.
Initiative 1 — Civilisational Art Fellowship
Support for four exceptional artists — one each from the West, MENA, Asia, and India. Includes a grant, curated development programme, and public exhibition in the UAE. Priority given to women artists, including emerging talents from Qatar and the Gulf.
